For the United States, Europe, United Kingdom and Australia shipment will be picked up by one of their respective local post office once arrived at the destination.

All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4pm EST.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday. Your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

If you live in Laval area it is possible that your item(s) will be delivered the same day if ordered before 2PM EST or between 24 to 48 hours ( 1- 2 day)
All Quebec area orders possibly can be delivered in 24 hours depends on our shipping provider availability.
